Just like major global booking platforms such as Expedia, we offer a strict **24-hour risk-free cancellation window**. You will receive a **100% full refund** with absolutely zero processing fees or penalties if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of execution.
1. Standard Cancellations (Outside the 24-Hour Window)
After the initial 24-hour booking window has expired, cancellation terms, fees, and refund eligibility depend directly on the time remaining before your scheduled check-in date:

2. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at your designated resort on your scheduled check-in date, or if you fail to alert our customer care team regarding unavoidable travel delays prior to your arrival window, the reservation will be marked as a **No-Show**. No-Shows are strictly non-refundable, and the entire inventory lock will be released back into our live distribution database.
3. Dynamic Market "Hot Deals" & Special Promotions
Please note that highly discounted promotional inventory, flash sales, and specific items listed under our **"Hot Deals"** section may carry custom merchant terms. If a premium resort package is explicitly flagged as *“Non-Refundable / Non-Changeable”* at the exact moment of transaction execution, those specific terms override our standard cancellation table. However, the initial 24-hour risk-free protection window remains valid for all reservations without exception.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To ensure your request is timestamped accurately within our database timelines, cancellations must be submitted through one of our formal customer service channels:
- Online Portal: Access your reservation details link sent via email and click the "Request Cancellation" backend routine button.
- Email Submission: Send an explicit signed request containing your full name, reservation ID, and check-in date to support@resortravelagency.com.

5. Refund Processing Timelines
Once a refund is approved by our management desk, the transaction credit is sent directly back to the original form of payment used during booking. Please allow **5 to 10 business days** for the funds to reflect on your credit card statement, depending entirely on your banking institution’s processing delays.
